Summer Term 2012 details:
Lessons are 30 minutes long starting on the hour or half past for the majority of the swim school except where advertised.
No swimming for half term from Mon 4th June - Sun 10th June 2012 (inclusive)
There will also be closures on Monday 7th May for a Bank holiday and on Saturday 7th July for Godolphin School, Salisbury.
N.B Please note Wessex Swim School is now VAT registered and all our prices are now inclusive of VAT at 20%
IMPORTANT CHANGES for Existing clients –
This Re-enrolment there will be some important changes, which will affect how you book in for next term. This is designed to speed up the process of re-enrolment, cut paperwork and makes this process much easier!

Summer Term (13wks)
Winchester = £133.25
Southampton = £133.25 except Mondays closed 7th May (£123)
Salisbury = £133.25 except Saturdays closed 7th July (£123)
Basingstoke = £115.05
Existing swimmers:
If you are happy with your time and day, all you need to do is pay for the Summer term before March 8th via BACS (sc: 401742 acc: 31421921 ref: Swimmers name) or via cheque to ‘Wessex Swim School’ in order to guarantee your current space. For those with 2 or more children you may pay a £60 deposit per child to secure their spaces. The remainder should be paid via BACS or cheque by 2nd April.
We are now able to produce receipts electronically within 72 hours of payments being made. If you have not received an email about the Spring Term fees you will need to email info@wessexswimschool.co.uk to ensure we have your correct details. Please also include a mobile txt number.
Changing day and time: You will need to send an email to info@wessexswimschool.co.uk to request preferred time and day. Where possible we will allocate the spaces in first come first served to existing clients and siblings before offering these spaces to new clients.
Cancelling lessons: Please notify us before March 8th if you would like to cancel your lessons. If we do not receive payment or hear from you by March 8th it will be presumed you no longer wish your places and the swimmers will be removed from the registers.
New swimmers will be accepted from March 15th 2012. Full payment for the swimmers course is required on booking as well as an application form which can be emailed or posted back to us. Bookings will be made on a first come first served basis from the 15th November.
