As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding service to our clients. Part time position 0930 - 1430 25 hours a week

Core Responsibilities

*1. Client Management:*

  - Interacting with clients in person, over the phone, and via email to address enquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  - Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions.


*2. Email Management:*

  - Managing incoming emails efficiently and effectively, prioritizing responses and maintaining a high standard of communication.

  - Providing timely and accurate information to clients, addressing their queries and concerns with care and attention to detail.


*3. Booking Administration:*

  - Handling booking requests for swim lessons and events, ensuring accurate scheduling and allocation of resources.

  - Assisting clients with booking enquiries,modifications, and cancellations, maintaining clear and organized records.


*4. Shop Orders and Invoicing:*

  - Processing shop orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

  - Generating invoices, tracking payments,and managing accounts receivable to support financial operations.


*5. Customer Support:*

  - Providing front-line support at our physical location, welcoming clients, and assisting with their needs.

  - Troubleshooting technical issues, guiding clients through our online booking system, and offering assistance with any challenges they may encounter.
